NO COMMUNICATION & SERVICE AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE

ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDBACK AND SERVICES RECEIVED AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE. Phoned the call center numerous times with no answer, sent emails with no reply, logged queries on the online portal without any success, logged a 'call me' online also nothing?! Paid more than double for urgent priority service - but still we do not get any service from Fresh Start.
