Lost money

Fresh Start has taken my money closed to R15k in a promise to expunge a ******** record, it has been a year and half now. They said a process for a high court application takes 30 to 60 days.My money is gone and now they no longer responding to my emails. Anyone who can assist in getting back my money please help.
