LAW who do not respect the law

I have made a payment via my credit card but have since changed my mind.No services were rendered and no time was spent. It was an instant change of mind however the transaction had already been done. I trie contacting Fresh Start Law Centre and spoke to "Qasim Taylor " who promised me that this would be sorted out the following day. I have given them 6 days to check all their financials ,then verify this and ensure it is refunded back to me. Invoice Number 3488 is what is reflecting on my side .

Unfortunately to date I get no responses, they ignore all my emails. I have sent them 5 emails already but still no feed back. I need my money back.
