Law firm

Well I saw on the internet that this law firm advertised a certain service at a special rate, all inclusive. I followed all the steps in March of this year and hoped that my case would be completed in 5 months as they advertised. It is now the end of October and nothing. All I get now are invoices to pay more money. I have done all the paperwork which they required from me in March already and to this day nothing. One can not contact your paralegal directly and the customer care line is useless. You have an online member portal which also tells you nothing. I have tried via e-mails and telephone calls to try and speak to them but no such luck. Their is no communication. They tell you to contact them, but nobody comes back to you. I have a good mind to approach the law society about this firm.
