Absolutely shocking service thus far. Does not answer calls, does not call one back. Does not answer emails. customer care number absolute joke, hold on for 25 minutes to be cut off, twice! They pride themselves to be the best, totally opposite. Don't be fooled by getting a "dedicated account manager"- absolute hogwash. Can never get hold of my account manager". doesn't call me back. You guys go and put my case on hold for an outstanding document. the very same document was sent to you 10 weeks ago!!! I have been trying since yesterday to get this rectified with the so called account manager. she has fallen off the face of the earth. you guys say up to 12 weeks for expungement - I have since been made aware it will now take 28 weeks. Extremely fast with the service and replies when they are trying to sell you the product, but after you've done that EFT into their account, oh boy, everything changes... do not fall for the HIGH PRIORITY option either people, its all a ****!
