Horrible Service! Promises a lot, but does not deliver

I have been waiting about 2 months for feedback re a copy of the clearance of my name. The process that was supposed to take 12 weeks, took about 18 weeks. Horrible, horrible service! When I phoned and asked to speak with a team leader or manager, the person who answers the phone was abrupt and unhelpful.
