Has this company ever actually helped anyone?

As with everyone else reviewing this Micky Mouse club calling themselves a law firm, I too have spent money on a service never received and a one way communication line to nowhere. I have been waiting since August last year and no progress have been made as far as I can tell. What I would like to know is if this company has ever helped anyone with their expungement process at all? Have they ever actually done it for anyone, regardless of how long it took? I would love to know.
