FRESHSTART LAW CENTRE GIVING REALLY BAD SERVICE

I paid an amount of R2 190 to Freshstart Law Centre for their assistance in obtaining clearance of a ******** record for a speeding case that was thrown out of court about 8 years ago. I am battling to get the company to answer my many emails regarding the progress of my application. It seems this company is a **** as no ongoing feedback is forthcoming regarding my case. Please assist.
