Fresh Start *******

These people pretending to provide a service in my opinion are a bunch of con-people and ******* - you pay for a service and document - then get bombarded with hundreds of promotional emails and sms's trying to ****** more money from you just to receive nothing in the end. No service/document/certificate received to date - after paying more than 5 months ago. It grieves me to give them one star - unfortunately there is no lower rating available.........
