Fresh Start ..... rather NO START!

I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY! I app**** for an expungement of a record from 1992 (minor) and was recommended to pay for High Priority, hence only taking 8 weeks. This was done on the 22nd of October 2018. I received e-mails in the beginning showing progress.... being 90% complete. This was in December 2018. Since then I have been sent 2 e-mails informing me of a delay. This is over a period of 16 weeks. I have logged calls with their automated system on numerous occasions - NO RESPONSE I have sent numerous e-mails requesting and then demanding feedback - NO RESPONSE I still have NO answers..... 17th April 2019 My job in the UK has fallen through! Needless to say..... I don’t recommend them at all.
