FRESH START LC - PATHECTIC ASSHOLES WHO ***** YOUR MONEY AND HAVE YOU DO THEIR JOBS!

Hi, I did clearence certificate for a job application. Clearance came back, "Case awaiting trial" I contacted FNSLC and they assured me they can assist, and there is a special runnning should only pay R1200 today and it will take 30 - 90 days to get this record of my name. A month goes by, no news, 2months no news. I kept getting emails to upgrade to R3200 URGENT PRIORITY which cuts the timeline off by 2 months. So i paid this after 2 months already, and the lady said it will now take 6 weeks! Lol. Wow. Ok. I had to keep calling to find out where the progress report is? What's happening? Finally I asked to speak to the manager, Quanita Taylor or something like that. And she advised me that I needed to go to the Sandton ******** record centre, to update my case to "Guilty" Since it was a quilty case. Eventhough I was told first hand they can get this off my name. I told her, cool. So, I paid R4200 for nothing basically?! And she purely just said she is not in charge of refunds, and should send an email to the refund dept. I tried to log back into my case profile, just to find there is nothing listed under myprofile, like it never existed!

It's been 2 months since I asked for a refund. I emailed them again today. And no reply. These people are con artist, who belong in jail for ripping people off and smashing their hope right into the ****ing ground by givin people hope of a good service just so they can ge their money paid into their accounts, and have you DO all the ****ing work, yet you paid them! And once done with you , they throw you to the dogs like you never existed on their system.

I am sure I won't get my money back, because why would Con artist pay back money! FNSLC should be thoroughly investigated, they are the ****ing ********* of SA.

I am talking to you, considering using them. They are a ****ing HOAX! Stay far far away from this company!
