Fresh start law firm unprofessional empty promises

I app**** for my police clearence on the 10th of October. I payed over 1000 for the urgent service and I was promised 7 to 14 working days. I emailed and called on the 14th day and I was told tomorrow. Liezel jemies then committed to Friday and when spoke with her I was assured she would confirm before the end of day. When I call I sit on hold for 20 mins and then get hung up on. I did get through to liezel and she hung up in my ear. On Monday I called and was told that my certificate was ready and they were waiting on a courier and she would let me know by the end of day. So I sat on the phone on hold from 3 30 only to be hung up on at 3 50 I called back and when I got through I was told liezel had gone home so I booked a telephone appointment for Tuesday (yesterday) at 9 am. Which did not happen. I spent half my day on hold yesterday. And still I can not get hold of liezel. So I called off a different number and I got through straight away. They are now screening my calls and won't answer my number. I have no idea what is going on it has now been 21 working days. I have been making promises to my employer as this clearence is what is holding my contract back I explained to liezel please just be honest as I am making promises to an international company based on you're lies and empty promises. Now my future is on the line and I can not get hold of anyone. Is this a ***** agency. Does this company even exist and how can people be so unprofessional. What can I do to learn what is actually happening with my police clearence because I may lose a contract because I made commitments based on liezels commitments to me and her blatant lies may destroy my future contract.
