Fresh start law centre...poor service or a ****???

Fresh Start Law centre is quick to sell their services but once you have signed up and paid you do not get the quick and excellent service they promised. They promise you a police clearance certificate in 5 to 10 days from start to finish for R395 (if you do it yourself it is R140). They also promise that it is a high speed service if you pay R395 instead of R295.

We started the process on 23/01/2020 and to date we have received no real progress up dates. All the call centre says is that we are waiting for the documents. The dedicated case manager, they promise you, is always out of office. There is no escalation process beside and email. However, emails are not responded to.

This is seriously starting to feel like a **** to ***** people money.
