Its now over a year since waiting in vain from August 2018 for my withdrawn case to be removed off the SAPS CAS system. Fresh Start makes all these empty promises to you but delivered nothing. Once you make payment it is virtually impossible to get hold of them even by email or via their member portal where the member account cannot be activated. Be aware a bunch of online ********!
