Hello All, Wish there was a zero star rating i could use to describe my experience with Mishka Levy and his bunch of fly by night ************. Started the process on March 2 of this year. To date all i have from them is a 15% progress with my case after being promised a quick turn around for the case. Numerous phone calls are answered by an automated voice over , telling you that you are 1st in line , but never get through to a consultant. Countless emails remain unanswered. Looking back i should have done my homework and researched the company before entering into business with them. An office in Century City manned with receptionists who do not allow you to see anyone from FSLC and get quite rude when questioned. I am now entering in the refund phase ,which i know is a futile operation but please be warned about these ********. .
