Fresh Start Law Centre - Not advisable to use their services.

I went for a job interview and did had my finger prints taken as per standard procedure. The company had since picked up that I still had a court case on my name from 8 years ago. They were kind enough to give me time to remove it before I start working. Since it was close to the end of the year I knew I had to rush to get it done. I approached Fresh Start Law Centre in desperation, they have a 6weeks fast track system. I paid roughly R6000. After a few weeks my online profile was activated, the profile had a constant display message stating I still owed money. I also kept getting emails saying I owed money. I then queried this, I was told its just an automated email system and I should ignore the display messages. I asked if my application was processed ( I was told the day after I paid it would be processed- it wasnt) Then I was told on Fridays batch processing would occur. I queried this the consultant had a very generic reply. When my online profile finally started showing progress it stayed on 10% progress for several weeks. I in the meanwhile had made a plan to remove the court case from my name myself. It was a small admin error which just needed to be updated on the system. After I had done so I requested a refund from Fresh Start Law Centre (via Whatsapp). Seeing as they widely and broadly advertise 100% money back guarantee. I'd soon find out this is not the case. After the refund request the lady plainly blocked me from Whatsap meaning they had just plainly stole my money. I then called her she answered I asked her why did you just block me and not explain to me what I am to do to get the refund. She just kept saying she is sorry and that she shouldn't have done that and that it was wrong of her. I was redirected to the website in order to fill in a refund request - The request was long and painful. Proof of residence , proof of bank account. Letter of termination and so forth. I also had to tick all the T's and C's one being that the request would be rejected if I posted anything on social media (How is that legal? We as customers are not allowed to complain about bad service, else we are threatened by possibly not receiving a refund ?) So I am posting a review here - seeing as my refund HAS been rejected for some unknown reason. I have inquired about why it has been rejected over a week ago and no one has responded.
