FRESH START LAW CENTRE - MAJOR **** COMPANY

I have been a client at Fresh Start Law Centre since April 2017 for the removal of my record. Before I became a client, there application states that it takes 3 to 4 months for the removal of records successfully or 100% money back guarantee. As I only found out that I have a record when a job offer was made to me, it was urgent for me to have it removed as quickly as possible.

I approached Fresh Start Law Centre and told them the problem and the urgency of having my record removed. They then told me that I need to pay them R18400 to have my records removed. I took my savings and paid them asap, trusting that they are legitimate and they will get it done! Over 2 years later of fighting with them, they have done NOTHING for me! I have found a way to have my record removed by myself without them by going to the magistrate court myself and it cost me nothing!! Now that I want my refund for them doing JACKS*#T, I am told that I don't get a refund.
