Fresh Start Law Centre - lets report them to the Legal Practice Council for assistance

I would not even give one star. They do not communicate the way they promised and even worse i received an email stating that i had won and that my case was being expunged, this was in May 2019. Because they do not respond to mails and it is almost impossible to get them via telecom's i got frustrated, so on 2 September 2019 I went to SAPS and paid R114. Within 2 weeks received back my police clearance and guess what, i know i should not be surprised but my record has NOT been expunged. I am no lawyer but surely this is *****? I have just contacted the Legal Practice Council. They are nation wide and i have set my case with the Cape Town branch as i fall under them. Hopefully they can get FSLC to comply and respond. If enough of us send in our cases who knows....Please contact the LPC if you too have not received the service you have paid for, The more of us do, the greater the chance that the LPC will do something about it. Lets stand together and do this. So please if you are reading this and have not yet approached Fresh Start Law Center then please do not as it is very likely that you would be taken for a fool like the rest of us on here. How they ever get a positive feedback i have no idea, i can only surmise that those too are ****. If you have already been taken for your money like so many f us have....the list is endless, then please do contact the Legal Practice Council. Just google and see the one for your province. Set your case and possibly the LPC will do something about it. What have we to loose?
