Fresh Start Law centre is useless!!!

We`ve app**** for an expungement of a ******** record on 12 December 2018, and until today haven`t received anything. On the first mail they promised 3 months/12 weeks, or priority within 8 weeks. I paid a lot of money to get this done, but until today we haven`t received anything. On 15 June 2019 we received an email congratulated us that the expungement were successful, but still it`s not done. Every time I call them, I`ve being transferred to the one rude operator to the other. The first mail said in 3 months, or money back guarantee!!! But no one will assist me with this!! Stay away from this people!!!
