Fresh Start Law Centre is not what it claims to be at all!!

I sourced the Fresh Start Law Centre to assist with the expungement of my record 15 months ago. Initially it cost over R5500 for them to expedite this process and was informed in June last year which was 6 months later , that the expungement had been approved after receiving two emails of congratulations from the Fresh Start law centre. At which point I was informed in writing that the next step was simply for them to get another clear Police Clearance certificate for me which shouldn't take more than 4-6 weeks. 4 months went by and after several phone calls and emailsto them requesting an update or any form of progress, I got another response saying that it hadn't been approved !!.... Their reason was that I had an outstanding warrant from 21 years ago!.... They just put up their hands and couldn't explain or care why I had recieved entirely contradictory information in writing from different staff within their organisation.Needless to say I was absolutely devastated. I then had to phone all over the country to try to find out what this phantom warrant was about because they didn't want to do it or assist in any way , , ,only to find that there was absolutely no such entity on any Police record anywhere in the country and actually had to get written acknowledgement of this fact from a senior member of the SAP detective branch to confirm this. All this documentation was sent to Fresh start law centre immediately in November. Since then , nobody can give me any answers , nobody answers email requests for updates , nobody takes my calls so once again , absolutely horrific experience with a company claiming to be the best in the country. This entire process was put in place in order to assist with the facilitation of my immigration visa which has been delayed for 15 months as a direct result of Fresh Start Law centres complete disregard for its client's well being .Further to this , I had to apply for another Police Clearance Certificate as the existing one had expired as a result of FSLC 's delays and ambivalence. Naturally they wanted more money for this and made me go for fresh fingerprints on three separate occasions already with NO RESULTS. I app**** for a current Police Clearance certificate in November last year and 4 months later again NO RESULTS. Nobody takes your call , responds to any email and they simply dismiss you out of hand once the thousands of rands in fees have been recieved. The only reply I got after several months was that Inshould look for my update on their online member portal , which doesn't work as it doesn't allow you to login using your actual details after registering anyway!...The only quick responses from them are when they demand full payment up front for any "services" they claim they will provide in a professional manner. Where to from here Fresh Start Law Centre?.... I have been misled , **** to , treated with complete disrespect and have not been able to get to my family overseas for 15 months as a direct result of your lack of consideration and professionalism. Don't you realise the incredibly destructive effect you have on people's lives when you act in this manner?
