<div>I app**** to Fresh Start Law Centre in November 2018 to clear my ******** record. My offence . Negligent. Loss of a firearm in 1991. Paid a R400 fine . I paid my R2200 in November 2018 and they acknowledged my payment. My account number: FSLC 30406. They lead me through the process until June2019 when they said my case was with the Department of Justice and they where closing the case as completed. They required a further R500 to provide a clearance certificate which I duly paid and they acknowledged that payment too. Then nothing. When I checked the website my record is still there. I gave phoned numerous times but talk to a machine that advertises their services for up to 8 minutes without any success of actual human contact. I am beginning to think that they are ********s and don't exist.. Do not bother with this company as they don't deliver unless you are prepared to pay more and more(up to an additional R3500) to expedite your application. I have spent R2700 for nothing.</div>
