Fresh Start Law Centre - Expungement waste of time.

An absolute disgrace! I have been going backwards and forwards for over a year. Apparently my case was completed in Aug 2019, I paid for Police Clearance Certificate in June 2019 and I have received nothing. No responses to emails, cannot get through on the telephone and when you do finally get through (I had tried over 30 times) if they cannot help you, they put you on hold and then hand up the line. I managed to get through on the 11 October 2020 only to be told that they haven't issued my Police Clearance Certificate as they are waiting on my finger prints?????? Which were sent to them in Jan 2019?? Apparently the DOJ hasn't issued the expungement certificates either???14 Months after it was completed and nobody from Fresh Start Law Centre bothered to query this or even update me?
