Fresh Start Law Centre did not deliver

They happily took my money for two Urgent Police Clearance Certificates back in Feb2019. To this day I have not received one certificate from them or had any refunds even though I have requested it twice via email. Please don't think you can get a hold of anybody that can assist you via telephone. I had to reapply directly at my local police station and also had to delay my visa application.
