Fresh Start law center not to be trusted.

I have retained their services to expunge my record in January 2019. Today is the 13th of January 2020. 1 year later and still I have not received confirmation in the form of a document to confirm that my record has been expunged. Every time you make an enquiry you are referred to the members portal. This is not helpful at all. If you request a call back you are referred again to the members portal. If they reply to an e-mail complaint you are referred to the members portal. I have only once spoken to a case manager and this was before I made my final payment. Here after my "assigned case manager" was non existing. I feel that I have been **** to and that I will never see my money or the service I have paid for come to light. I will not recommend this company at all.
