Fresh start law center

I joined fresh start 2 weeks ago,I paid the R2190 they charged me and them made 2 sets of finger prints and took them to their so called office in Durban as instructed,they then sent some forms online for me to sign which I did,when I got to the office in Durban I was met by a receiption who told me that fresh start does not have an office there,I have to drop my fingerprints with them and they will come and collect which I did not have a problem doing.after that day communication stopped,they never called me again,if I try calling them I’m pushed from one person to another,the call center says there is nothing they can do as they are only there to sell the product to the public and not to resolve issues,they will take your number and promise to get someone to call you back and no one ever call back,I eventually got hold of my case manager and she was very cold ,it was as if she was doing me a favour,the lady was very harsh,all I wanted to know was did she manage to get my fingerprints or not and what is our next step,I went back to their Durban office on Thursday last week ,to my suprise,my stuff is still lying there.i tried logging in to my online profile,and now all of a sudden I can’t get through,it seems as if it’s blocked,can someone please assist,I’m really starting to panick
