Fresh start is disgusting

HI, Complaint- It is with utmost disgust and frustration that I am writing this mail to you. I contacted your offices on 21 September to request a confirmation letter and was told that it takes 1-2 days. Up until today I still have not received it. I called your offices yesterday and spoke to Liezl who promised me that the letter will be sen to me today. Instead I called her this morning of 28 Sept and was told that I will have the letter later today. After spending so much money holding on to speak to someone I was left hanging by Liezl once again as she had told me that the lady who does the letters was not in yesterday. What has that go to do with me as your customer?????

My husband will be losing this job opportunity because of your *********** staff. I believe that your company falsely advertises the turn around times.

I am so disappointed and regret using your company services. I hereby demand that the letter be sent to me before I escalate this matter. Please can someone assist me urgently. Instead when i logged into the portal today after i spoke to her this is what I found below:

So its clear that the case was only created today. This is very disappointing as I lodged my request last week friday and you promise 1-2 days. You are just a bunch of ******
