FALSE ADVERTISING/ NEVER RESPOND TO ANYTHING AFTER YOU PAY THEM/LIES

I have seen countless ads for the excellent services offered by this company, especially on their turnaround time, but let me tell you, the moment you pay your money over to them, they somehow disappear. They do not respond to emails, all you get is an automated response. Try to get an appointment set up for a consultant to come to you and do your fingerprints, cos that's the service they advertise to you, however, it takes forever for them to actually do anything. They ignore the countless emails you send to them, all they say is log on to the member portal, from their on, you're on your own cos their site is structured in such a way that you cant get any sort of definite answers. Dont do it, follow the normal process which takes a while but dont pay them. they ignore you totally as soon as you pay them. I have been sendiung hundreds of emails and they dont respond to any of them
