Failed to deliver advertised service

If they were the last company on earth and I was utterly desperate, I will never ever recommend them to any sane person. There are at least two other professional companies which provide this service with no hidden costs. The only time you can communicate with them is when they take your money. Their computer managed website just spews endless spam and it is impossible to get hold of a person. Sure, you can log a date for a callback - the only available dates are months later! The website only allows you three queries - which only gets only gets you computer generated ******* (we are personally investigating your case!) Their email address just returns an email that it is not attended. Three months after paying I am still waiting for service delivery. Now trying to get a refund...seems impossible too. I now resorted to lodging a complaint with Advertising Standards Authority ASA and The Consumer Goods And Services Ombud CGSO.
