Empty promises.....

26 Weeks later I am still waiting for a matter that was supposed to be concluded in 12 weeks or less to be settled. Phone calls are not returned and numerous emails have been sent but no response, What kind of business are you people running??? I guess this is the part where I should make peace with the fact that it was all a lie and empty promises.

After receiving the email that we have "Won" the case I thought great now I can carry on with my life little did I know that that would be the beginning of my misery!!!
