Don't use Fresh Start Law Centre for your PCC!

DON'T USE FRESH START LAW CENTRE. I paid them in July for priority police clearance (R1685) and still don't have my PCC on 02 October, even though they state they can get your pcc within 10-14 working days. Their online portal is terrible. Their call centre is useless and you wait on the line for 15 minutes before anyone answers. When you email for an update, no one responds. The only time I got a quick response is when I threatened to go to the media and asked for my money back. I still don't have my money back, despite still not having my pcc.

I ended up having to go to Visa Logistics, who have 100 times better customer service and I received my police clearance within 5 days from making payment (R2700) - as per their turn around time promise of 3-5 working days. They kept me updated via email telling me on day 2, day 3 and day 4, where they were with my pcc process. I felt so well informed and taken care of. I highly recommend Visa Logistics.
