Don't trust FRESHSTART LAW CENTRE

We will never refer anyone to Freshstart law centre starting of by ******** record expungement to police clearance certificate that takes ages and you pay alot of money and stress!!

My partner where busy for 3 years to expunge his record lost a scholarship and 2 international jobs after paying alot of money and they told us it was cleared only to find out it was not!!

I paid R500 for a police clearance that they said would take 5 days I promise I am still waiting 2 months I flew up to the police clearance certificate department and got it in 4 days that only costs R150.

Fresh start law centre told my partner to not go to the department of Justice himself they will get irritated and not help him only to find out that was not true anyone is more then welcome to do that and it is free!!! Because fresh start law centre claims to sound like they can remove it in short periods of time but they are also standing in the same line as you are and take alot of money and take forever. The time frame they give you IS AN EMPTY PROMISE you can multiply by forever waiting .

Never trust them as they promise money back that never happened only costing more and more with empty promises these people are not professionals they are just a call centre that put you through from one person to another and ignore you!!

Please do yourself a favour and go to the department of Justice by yourself and do your expungement for free!!! And it took us 2weeks and 5 days for a police clearance certificate!!

Don't waste your time and money, we are on our way overseas with R7000 freshstart law centre owes us at least we could sort it out by ourselves!!! Fresh start stop with the false advertising!
