Do Not Trust

This company makes it impossible to speak to anybody that can help you. Their system allows you to make phone appointment and it will send you reminders of the appointment. However, they never call at those times. When you call them they put you on hold but after a while of holding on the system cuts you off. Any e-mails is answered with a generic written form e-mail that may or may not answer your question. When you do get hold of them they promise to get back to you but never do. I paid them a month ago and nothing has been done in the meanwhile. Since then I have asked for my money back and now I just get no reply at all. In the meanwhile I have done research and found that most other similar companies are both more helpful and a lot cheaper. These guys are really expensive. They have a 100% money back guarentee.
