DO NOT PAY Fresh Start - zero service once you've paid

I am going to keep writing reviews until they contact me. I paid a year ago for marijuana conviction clearing. I can now do it myself. ZERO communication from Fresh Start, no matter how many times I have contacted them. Such a bunch of ******. I have also contacted the Ombudsman. DO NOT TRUST THEM
