Disappointed

I started my expungement application 7 months ago and it's now way past their quoted timeline (Which is 30-60 days). The information on their website is misleading. It's obviously a way to lure customers.

Feedback is terrible, it's almost impossible to speak to anybody that can help you, and leaving a message for whoever is in charge of your case (Qanita Taylor in this instance) to get back to you is utterly useless.

Their automated system is absolute trash. You get transferred from one person to the other, and these are people who have no idea what's going on with your case. It's more like a trick they use to buy more time. Totally *********.

What's worse is after a month of trying to get hold of Qanita Taylor for an update, she advises me to be patient with her since she's the ONLY person working in all of Fresh Start Law Centres cases. I mean how is that my problem?, have I not been patient enough, given the time I've been with them?. I definitely did not pay for this. I mean since she's so overworked, they should then stop taking in clients.

I've had so many promises and deadlines that were not met. I'm beyond frustrated. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I'm genuinely disappointed in them. Considering the legal route.
