Paid for services 18 months ago no response from the company for 6 months No answers to emails or getting hold of an agent can I get my money back !!!! these are a bunch of con artist

We've investigated. As you are aware we are proceeding with a Presidential Pardon application on your behalf. Thus far we have concluded all 3 main components and now awaiting the decision.
The more serious matters can take up-to 2-3 years for the President to make a final decision in your regard as the President/DOJ may push back requesting further details. Records show the DOJ have requested further information 4 times for your case to which we have provided (e.g. case docket).
Rest assured your case is active and queried every 2 weeks with the respective government departments by your assigned case managers.
I have noted on the system you haven't logged any support requests - If you need any further information / explanation kindly log a request or call us directly during office hours.
