Complete waste of time and money

<p>I was in the process of having my ******** records expunged through &nbsp;Fresh Start law centre . Whilst I understand it is up to certain goverment departments thatapprove the expungement,I feel that a so called established firm such as them would be more compentent.I have spend over R4000 plus other expenses only to show a high speed clearance and a letter from the Justice deptmartment.I informed them that I will be going to Botswana and Nambia,I sent them an e mail informing them and again asked them to inform me if there was any documentation required,I got a responce that she will check and come back to me,which was never done.I got a status report,seeing that certain documentation was requested in April,which I did not recall getting,I then e mailed again before I left for Botswana only to get a e mail from her days later and I was already in Botswana.Why was my e mail never followed up especially that I informed them I will not be in South Africa for the next three weeks.I have paid them in full and then only weeks later after they receive a responce from the justice department has given them an answer do they request documenation from you,which should have been requested after they received my police clearance.This firm is &nbsp;a waste of time and money.Please be aware of them.I recommend anybody do they home work when applying for a ******** record expungenent and use a reputable firm to help them</p>
