Complain

Good day, I paid this guys around R 14 000.00 to expunge my ******** record since 2018 April, but i am still waiting. When i called them no one answers and i end up holding forever. I was promised that it will take them six months to a year to clear my name but i am still waiting. I am even thinking of taking them to law society of south Africa.
