Bad service Fresh start law centre

Fresh start law centre, they started off very good, with feedback every now and then. However it changed very quicly to no service and no feedback at all. I made a payment, got a email stating that the case is completed, but no certificate at all, no feedback, I tried phoning them a couple of times but phone rings with no answer. Send a email to M Levi with zero response. Terrible service after I was promised excellent service. Will not recommend them at all!!!
