BAD SERVICE AND NO REPLY TO EMAILS AND WHATSAPP MESSAGES

My account no FSLC347932 (I am a legit client)

I am appalled by Fresh Start Law Centre's ignorance and no reply to my emails send. They make statements like "We are the fastest service provider in SA" They beat any competitor! My case was accepted on 28 May 2019. I opted for the Urgent Priority Service and I quote the statement on their Webpage: Urgent Priority Highlights: - Enjoy a reduced case time frame by 6-8 weeks

The normal service is 8-12 weeks.

On 23 August I send a email to my dedicated case manager, Mieskha Levy, to request a refund of the difference between the Urgent Priorit and Normal fee because on the date my case was already in its 14th week! Every day since I have send her emails as well as to an email given to me for Urgent Priority ie. *** No reply, no contact what so ever!

I even send WA messages to Mieshka and it shows that its been seen but they do not reply!

Today we approaching the 17th week and still no documents!!!

On Friday 6 September I made an online appoint for 11h30 to visit FSLC at their Cape Town Office. I received a email confirmation and reminder per email of the appointment. The subsequently send me a revised confirmation and time change to 12h30. I arrived at the office only to find that there are no one in office! I spoke to a Wendall that apparently is in charge of the Cape Town office and explained to him my frustration. He apologized that there were no one at the office. according to him he was notified. He promised me that he will make sure someone contact me by Monday (today). Here I am...no one contacted me.

I tried all there lines of communication available to me but I am not getting a reply to my request!

I am seriously starting to think they are a bunch of ********! The signs were there before on Hello Peter! They just managed by some way to convince Hello Peter! that it was the competition that are making false reviews!

I also believe that I will not get any response to my complaint here!

So any people out there thinking of using FSLC ...DON'T!!! You will be disappointed and frustrated!!
