Bad customer service

Just got the worst customer service ever spoke to a consultant and had the phone putten down in my face when I asked to speak to a higher power conserning my applicant that was never submitted by Lizel Jamie's , the consultant Mischka David's who refused to let me speak to her manager or supply me there head offices number so I may lay a complaint, this all after they have taken my money not answearing there phones
