Appalling Service

Completely unprofessional people. I made a payment to the company erroneously not knowing that they can only assist me in 2020. I phoned them to reverse my money because no service was rendered or commenced - Nothing was done for me. Tashneem Bardien, Legal consultant, was very unprofessional and rude. Made a lot of phone calls, because they don't return of call you. All of them are extremely unprofessional. You send emails to the refund department with no response of confirmation via email about your request. I'm of the opinion, if the company is so ********* with refunds, then surely NO -one can trust them in regards to the empty promises they portray. I'm still waiting for my refund and I made a payment on the 07/02/2019 and we now in April 2019. Very disappointed and disgusted with this Company. Will tell everyone I come across never to make use of service, because there is NO SERVICES. I want my money bac****!!
