1 year of WORST SERVICE EVER

It's been a year now. And the only communication is a generic email showing 15% completion. Worst service I have EVER received. Do yourself a favour - do it yourself. Speak to the cops. You are legally allowed. These guys are great until they have your money then they disappear.
