Gregory Bouwer is a *****!

I am a tenant at at Out of bounds flats and I would like to lodge a complaint with my landlord Gregory Bouwer. My landlord has been promising to come fix my flat since the beginning of October 2020 and he still hasn't finished fixing it, in which all the things that need to be fixed can be fixed in less than a day. Last week when I called him he said he will get everything fixed by Friday 23 October 2020 and he still hasn't. I called and texted him on the 27th and 26th of October and he did not respond. I even sent him whatsapp texts and he still did not respond after reading them. Today 28 October 2020, I realised when I tried calling him that he has blocked my numbers. I am really out of options.
