DISHONEST, *********** & OVERALL TERRIBLE

We sought the services of Fresh Perspectives Accounting Services (Pty) Ltd and its practicing accountant, Malizole, to assist our company with an audit report. We paid a deposit into their bank account and we were later told that we need to pay the amount in full before they could commence with the audit report. Accordingly, we paid the balance and somehow they still could not provide us with the audit report. Months later, we requested that they refund us our money so that we can appoint a more competent accounting firm to assist.

Shockingly, we were then told that they have not received the balance that we paid as they have since closed that bank account. We then proceeded to consult with our bank which confirmed that the money indeed went through.

We then requested Fresh Perspectives to provide us with a letter from the bank confirming the account closure to which they agreed but failed produce the said letter.

As if that was not enough, they told us that they could not refund the initial deposit as they have used it and their account does not have any funds, and that they will only refund us when their account has funds.

SO ESSENTIALLY THEY EMBEZZLED AND SQUANDERED CLIENT'S MONEY WHICH THEY DID NOT EVEN PERFORM ANY WORK FOR.
