Bad service from Fresh Laundry Rondebosch

Items returned with marks all over, items missing, someone else's dirty items returned to me. I run a B&B and all my linen is guesthouse quality. I am so disappointed with Katia the Franchisee. She was rude and abrupt an unhelpful in resolving this issue fully. Practically accused me of lying and returning dirty goods to her. Why would I imagine that something like this would happen in a laundry if I hadn't witnessed it myself! Missing White cotton King size XL fitted sheet White cotton Queen size fitted sheet 2 x White cotton Bath sheets Queen size mattress protector came back full of grey marks

I would not be taking this up and using energy on this if it was not the case
