Extremely Rude and unprofessional

Two weeks back a relative walked into a ice cream shop called FRESH at the Johannesburg Park Station to get ice cream, 3 ladies working there were standing over the counter, she greeted, no response, they carried on chatting, she raised her voice and they just looked at her. <br> <br> When she finally got their attention she ordered ice cream of choice but instead of them apologising they prepared her order and threw over the counter at her.<br> <br> Tried finding the shops website to no avail
