Poor Customer Service

I Was incorrectly charged for my purchase by R3600! On top of that the owner became extremely rude. She bagan to shout at her staff infront of of everyone and was extremely blunt with a fellow customer who asked to see her. I had to drive all the way back to ensure the refund was processed and Maria ***NER) couldn't afford any thing more than a rude apology. In this day and age when customer sevice is vital and small businesses like Freshouse Market Olivedale mostly rely on word of mouth, I will definitely be spreading the word on what ******* service and attitude one would receive from that store.
