Bilton service gone wrong

Bought some Biltong and was stunned. The biltong was ripped instead of sliced. It came out of the slicing machine in chunks and bunches and just looked awful. It was not checked just tossed into a packet. I took pictures and emailed it to them a week ago without a call back. This is a premium service gone wrong.
