****, bad service

The biggest ****. I am still waiting for them to refund my R400. I bought online and made a payment, last year September, uon delivery they requested cash, I told them I made a payment online, they came up with a story that the banking details I used do not belong to them (mind you I've been using the same details since I've been buying from them). I took the matter up with consumer goods and unfortunately my case had to be closed because they couldn't get through to them. This company is a ****, I pray they have closed down
