the order I placed was not handled as per the company's website promises. Order not delivered on day it should have been delivered. By whatsapp at the end of the day I was told that the delivery was not done and that they don't deliver in the requested area - which is contrary to their website information. I was asked for my baking details for a refund of my order - refund never happened. 3 days after order was placed I was informed by email that the order has been shipped - no shipping listed on their website for that day!! At the end of that day I was informed by email that the order was delivered - NO delivery was made!! And needless to say, no refund either.

27 Oct 2020, 10:29Last week I was contacted by phone by Fresh Farm Foods regards my refund and it was paid out. No written explanation was given by this company as to what exactly took place with my order, but it seems as though a change of management took place
